For transportation information or to schedule a ride,
 call MASS at 1-815-539-7700

When possible, please call the MASS office at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a ride. This will allow you a better chance to secure the time needed. A donation is suggested for this service, and no one age 60 or over will be refused a ride due to inability to pay.

MASS does offer special transportation trips with volunteer drivers, available to seniors 60 years or older for these ‘out-of-area’ medical appointments Monday through Friday.*  We know that some people have doctors, dentists, etc., in other town, such as Sandwich, Peoria, Rockford, etc.

*There is a suggested donation for this service and it is advisable to call early  to schedule your transportation.

Transportation Certificates
MASS has punch tickets available for our transportation services. If you are looking for a gift for someone special, this would be a great choice. Contact the MASS office at 815-539-7700 for more information.
